Our Approach

A Professional Approach to Supervised Visitation

We understand that supervised visitation can be an emotional and challenging experience for families. We recognize that families arrive at supervised visitation for many different reasons. Whatever the circumstances, our purpose is to make the process as comfortable, and respectful. Our professional monitors maintain a calm, structured, and conflict-free environment where children can safely spend time with their parents and loved ones. We remain impartial and neutral throughout the visitation process, allowing our focus to remain where it belongs: the safety and well-being of the child.

Our services are provided with integrity and in accordance with applicable court orders, professional standards, and established visitation protocols. We Observe, Document, Report, Prepare, Enforce.

Safety. Neutrality. Confidentiality.

Three principles guide everything we do.

Safety

Your child's safety and well-being are our highest priorities. We maintain a structured environment designed to support safe and appropriate visitation.

Neutrality

We do not take sides. Our monitors remain professional, impartial, and objective throughout every visit.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and sensitive nature of every family's circumstances and handle information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

For Custodial Parents

Confidence in Every Visit.

You can feel confident knowing that your child's safety and well-being remain our highest priorities. We provide a structured and professionally monitored environment where parenting time can occur safely and appropriately. Our monitors follow established protocols while treating your family with respect and dignity.

Your child's safety comes first.

For Non-Custodial Parents

Focus on What Matters Most.

We understand that supervised parenting time may feel unfamiliar or stressful. Our goal is to provide a professional and welcoming environment where you can focus on spending meaningful time with your child without feeling judged. Our monitors remain neutral, respectful, and professional so that you can focus on creating stress-free experiences and strengthening your relationship with your child.

Your time with your child matters.

Our Services

Professional Supervised Visitation & Monitoring Services

Our monitors serve as neutral third parties whose responsibility is to observe, document and supervise parent-child contact while maintaining a safe, structured, and professional environment. Where children can maintain meaningful relationships with their Parents and loved ones while established court requirements and visitation protocols are respected. We do not take sides, make custody determinations, or act as advocates for either parent.

Safety • Neutrality • Confidentiality • Professionalism • Respect

Off-Site Supervised Visits

Safe & Meaningful Parent-Child Time

Professional supervision of visits between a non-custodial parent and child in a mutually agreed-upon safe and appropriate location. As a neutral third party, our monitor observes and supervises parent-child interactions while helping ensure the visit takes place in accordance with applicable court orders and visitation requirements.

On-Site Supervised Visits

Comfortable, Approved Settings

When permitted by the court order, visits may take place at an approved location, including a home setting. Our agency will review the setting to ensure it provides a safe, comfortable, and appropriate environment for the child and all parties involved.

Supervised Exchanges

Safe, Neutral Transitions

We supervise the transfer of a child from one parent to the other while taking appropriate precautions to minimize or prevent contact between the parents, when required. Our monitors facilitate the exchange in a professional and neutral manner, creating a calm and structured transition for the child.

Telephone & Virtual Visits

Staying Connected

When an in-person visit is not possible or when virtual contact is appropriate, we provide supervised telephone and video visitation through three-way calling or approved video platforms, allowing parents and children to maintain contact when circumstances require an alternative to in-person visitation.

Detailed Reports for each visit

Impartial Documentation

Our professional monitors maintain impartial documentation of supervised visits. Depending on the needs of the case, available documentation may include Visit Summary Reports, Detailed Observation Reports, Incident Reports, and Declaration Reports — prepared unbiasedly and limited to observations within the scope of the monitor's role.

Court appearances

Professional & Impartial

When requested or required by the court or an attorney, a professional monitor may be available to appear in court and provide testimony regarding observations made during supervised visitation, limited to the monitor's direct observations and professional responsibilities.

Child Transportation

Supporting Safe Visitation Arrangements

When appropriate and authorized, we may provide transportation of children to and from supervised visitation with a non-custodial parent, coordinated according to applicable court orders, safety requirements, and the circumstances of the individual case.

Out-of-State & Overnight Visits

Extended Visitation Services

When permitted by the applicable court order and appropriate for the circumstances, we may accommodate out-of-state and overnight supervised visitation. Because extended visits require additional planning and coordination, arrangements should be discussed with our office in advance.

Professional Services. Clear Communication.

Our rates are consistent with industry standards, but the total cost of services may vary depending on the individual case — including the type and length of visitation, location, transportation needs, court requirements, and reports. Rather than providing a one-size-fits-all price online, we invite you to contact us for case-specific pricing based on your visitation needs. Applicable fees, including any premium rates for extended, holiday, or out-of-area visits, will be discussed before services are scheduled.

For your convenience, we accept Zelle, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment for scheduled services is required 24 hours in advance. Supervised visitation services are subject to a two-hour minimum, unless a court order specifies a shorter visitation period.

There is no cancellation fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to applicable fees.
